  • Directly Provided Information: We collect information you provide directly through form submissions, voice entries, photo uploads, and user settings inside our Apps. For example, text prompts entered in AuraPen or Talemoon, financial logs in ParAI, or matches recorded in Sporiy.
  • Audio and Image Inputs (AI Features): For Apps requiring voice recording or photo capture (such as voice-to-action recording in AuraPen or receipt photo tracking in ParAI), audio files or images are processed to perform AI functions. These are processed locally on your device or sent securely to AI service providers for conversion and summarization, but they are not stored on our servers.
  • Automatically Collected Device Information: We may collect non-personal device identifiers, operating system version, app version, language settings, and basic usage diagnostics to help us troubleshoot errors and improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to deliver high-quality, stable, and customized utility services. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and optimize our Apps' core features.
  • Perform AI-driven generation, processing, transcription, and summarization services.
  • Respond to your support tickets, customer inquiries, and contact form submissions.
  • Monitor app stability, performance, crash logs, and diagnostic bugs.

3. Children's Privacy (Special Compliance for Talemoon)

We take children's privacy extremely seriously. Our App Talemoon: Kids Bedtime Stories is designed for family and child use.

  • We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
  • Story customization prompts are processed solely to generate stories and are not linked to individual profiles or tracking systems.
  • We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards regarding child-directed services.

4. Data Storage and Retention

The majority of data generated in our Apps (e.g. match history in Sporiy, transactions in ParAI, journaling entries in Catly) is stored locally on your device or securely backed up via Apple iCloud. We do not maintain databases of your personal logs.

If you send us an inquiry via our contact form, we retain that information for as long as necessary to address your request and provide support, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party APIs and services to enable advanced features or distribute our apps. These include:

  • Apple App Store / iCloud: Apple manages in-app purchases, downloads, updates, and iCloud synchronization. Please review Apple's privacy policy for details on how iCloud handles your backup data.
  • AI Service Providers (OpenAI / Anthropic): For features utilizing advanced AI generation (such as text-to-story in Talemoon or voice notes summary in AuraPen), inputs are sent securely to these API endpoints. These providers are strictly contractually bound to process inputs temporarily and not use user data to train future models.

6. Your Rights and Choice

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU under GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because we store most data locally on your device, you can delete your data instantly at any time by uninstalling the Apps or clearing your local database storage settings.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
