1. Parties and scope
These Terms of Use govern the Catly, AuraPen, ParAI, Scoryum, Talemoon, Prayer Focus, Bitkify, Almost: Countdown & Widgets, GymOver: Fitness Workout Tracker and Lilya: Home Pilates & Yoga apps published by Berkay Öçgüder. Appsium is a Google Play publisher name, not a separate company. Contact: support@appsium.co.
Read these common terms with the app-specific provisions in Appendix A. The terms of the store where you obtained the app and mandatory consumer rights also apply. For the software license of an iOS app, unless a custom license agreement has been provided for that app in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. This page is supplementary service terms for app features, accounts and purchases; it is not intended to replace Apple's Standard EULA as a custom EULA. Mandatory law and the applicable store agreement take precedence in a conflict.
2. Use of the service and accounts
The apps are provided for personal use. Use them lawfully; do not access systems without authorization, disrupt the service or infringe others' rights. Reverse engineering is restricted only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your use rights are subject to Apple's applicable Standard EULA or the terms of the store you use; ownership of the software does not transfer to you.
Most apps, including GymOver and Lilya, create anonymous accounts. Almost does not use an account and keeps your countdowns only on your device, so they cannot be restored by us if the app is removed or the device is lost. Talemoon supports email, Google and Apple sign-in. An anonymous account may not be transferable to a new device or recoverable after an app is removed. Protect your sign-in information and report suspected unauthorized access to support@appsium.co. You can delete your account and records in the app. Data processing and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
3. User content and intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in text, audio, images and other content you add. You permit us to process it only as needed to deliver the feature you request, store it in your account and carry out the AI processing you choose. Do not upload material you lack the right to use. Respect other people's privacy, copyright and other rights. You are responsible for obtaining any permission needed to record audio or capture images.
The app software, design, branding and content we supply belong to their respective owners. No unexpressed right to reproduce or distribute them commercially is granted. You may use AI-generated output subject to applicable law and relevant provider terms; we do not warrant that output is unique, eligible for copyright or wholly distinct from others' content.
4. AI features and limits of output
Some apps generate content or process input using OpenAI. Check AI output before relying on it: it may be incorrect, incomplete, biased or unexpected. The Privacy Policy and the relevant feature screen explain what is sent to third-party AI. In Talemoon, an adult should review a story before sharing it with a child.
Catly and Prayer Focus do not provide professional mental healthcare, medical or religious advice; ParAI does not provide investment, tax or financial advice; Bitkify does not provide expert plant or poisoning assessment; GymOver and Lilya do not replace individual medical assessment. Scoryum measurements are not official competition or medical records. Contact local emergency services in a health or safety emergency. This section does not remove statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Free and paid features
Depending on the app, we may offer free features, auto-renewing subscriptions, one-time purchases or consumable credits. The specific product, eligibility, trial, price, currency, billing period and renewal charge are presented in the app and store checkout before confirmation. This general description does not mean every purchase type is offered in every app.
Payments are taken only through the Apple App Store or Google Play where you purchase. We do not collect card details. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless cancelled under the terms shown at checkout and in your store account. If a free trial is offered, the displayed price and period may begin when the trial ends; check the trial and cancellation terms before confirming. Price changes and required notices are governed by the store and applicable law.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google store account. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation, refunds and purchase restoration depend on the store rules, product type and applicable law. You can start a refund request through the store where you paid and contact us about app issues. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A one-time purchase grants the entitlement described at checkout; it does not guarantee that a particular feature will exist unchanged forever. Consumable credits provide the use described at checkout and decrease as they are spent. Any credit expiry, treatment on account closure or transfer restriction is disclosed at checkout. Moving purchases across stores or anonymous accounts depends on store rules and technical availability.
6. Service changes and account measures
We may change features or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements or product development. Where a change materially affects paid entitlements, we will provide notices and remedies required by applicable law. We may proportionately restrict use that violates the law or these terms, threatens security or infringes others' rights. We will provide notice where feasible and appropriate. Deleting an account does not remove the need to cancel a store subscription separately.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, continuous operation of third-party infrastructure or error-free AI output. Check your records and important decisions independently. Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or other liability that cannot legally be limited. Any limits are subject to the mandatory rules of your jurisdiction.
8. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will show the current date on this page. We will communicate material changes affecting your rights appropriately. Subject to mandatory local consumer and data-protection rules, these terms are interpreted under the laws of Türkiye. This does not remove non-waivable rights or remedies available to users in other countries. Questions and complaints: support@appsium.co.
Appendix A — App-specific use provisions
- Catly: Provides general wellbeing and stress support, not emergency response or treatment.
- AuraPen: Ensure you have the right to record and process notes; review automatic transcripts and summaries.
- ParAI: Verify financial records yourself; automated analysis is not professional advice.
- Scoryum: Check scores and activity measures; the app is not an official referee or medical device.
- Talemoon: An adult manages the account and purchase decisions. Purchases and external links sit behind a parental gate. An adult should review generated stories before sharing them with a child. The app does not request a child's personal details.
- Prayer Focus: Spiritual content is for personal use and is not a definitive religious ruling or professional advice.
- Bitkify: Verify image identification and care advice; do not rely solely on the app for safety decisions involving edible or poisonous plants.
- Almost: Countdown & Widgets: Check important dates yourself; the countdown and widgets are a personal reminder aid, not a guaranteed alert, and widget refresh timing depends on the operating system. Calendar sync works only with your permission and only reads your device calendar; it does not change it. Motivational messages, including personalised Almost+ messages, are AI-generated content, not personal advice.
- GymOver: Fitness Workout Tracker: Training, health and nutrition content is general guidance, not medical, dietary or physiotherapy advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Use correct form and loads suitable for you, stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek help in an emergency. AI meal and calorie estimates are approximate and may be wrong. Apple Health and Apple Watch values depend on your devices and may be incomplete. GymOver is intended for users aged 13 and over.
- Lilya: Home Pilates & Yoga: Sessions are general exercise content, not medical or physiotherapy advice. If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, postpartum, recovering from an injury or have a health condition, get your doctor's or midwife's approval before starting. Respect the limits of your body, skip movements that hurt or that you were advised to avoid, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Calorie figures are estimates.
